Common questions
Pickup and return happen at the end of the hall — not at your door. We do this for safety: your room number stays private, and we avoid any issues with dorm door locks or building access. You’ll coordinate the exact spot in-app with your washer.
Verified students who live in your building. Every user signs up with a .edu email — no exceptions.
You can report an incident directly in the app. We mediate between both parties and can issue refunds when appropriate.
You pay one all-in price per load: $12.49 (Wash & Dry) or $17.49 (Wash, Dry & Fold). That total includes the washer’s service and machine cost coverage — the washer pays for wash/dry cycles at the machine as usual, and their payout from CampusWash covers that. No separate machine payment from you.
